Huntington Library is a stop on the Village Art Walk!
The Huntington Public Library is excited to once again participate in the Huntington Village Art Walk. The self-guided tour will take you through the new exhibits of Huntington Village Art Galleries and Museums where you can enjoy beautiful artwork, chat with the artists, and enjoy tasty treats. A free map will be available on the Huntington Village Art Walk Facebook Event page, at the library, and at participating galleries! At the Library, meet the artists, and view their exhibits. Visit the Youth & Parent Services Department for a related children’s craft. Bring the whole family! No registration or tickets required. We hope to see you! The Great Give Back
UnderAware Underwear campaign

As part of the Great Give Back, the library has partnered with General Needs Inc., and will be accepting donations of clean, NEWLY packaged undergarments and toiletries for men and women. All garments will be donated to General Needs as an ongoing effort to provide fresh, clean garments to local veterans. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, only NEW items will be accepted. Specifically, we are seeking donations of:


  • T-Shirts, Boxer Briefs/Shorts in Medium, Large & Extra Large


  • Sports Bras, Panties in Small, Medium, Large & Extra large

NEW Socks, Hats, Gloves and Masks are needed for all as well as newly packaged toiletry items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, brushes and combs. Please drop off your donations in the Red, White and Blue box in the lobby. Also, stop by Youth and Parent Services to make a dog or cat toy that will be donated to a local animal shelter.

We now have access to the wireless printing service Princh. Go to or install the Princh app for iOs or Android on your device and enter print ID # 103593 (Main printer) or 103594 (Station printer). Then upload files to be printed and select Pay at Desk. Printing costs are .10/BW; .25/Color. Enter your name and click order print. Call the Main Customer Service desk at 631-427-5165, the Station desk at 631-421-5053 or visit the library to schedule the pick-up of your printouts. Print jobs will be released and printed ONLY when you arrive ensuring the privacy of your documents.
