This is an interactive workshop series which provides information on living healthy and managing chronic conditions. It is for individuals who wish to improve the aging process and/or have an ongoing health condition including arthritis, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, respiratory problems, diabetes and orthopedic conditions. The Mitten Tree Project

Help the Huntington Library help our community by donating new mittens, gloves and scarves to keep hands warm this winter. They will be placed on The Mitten Tree and later donated to the Helping Hand Rescue Mission in Huntington Station. Your donations will be accepted until Friday, December 20.
