This is an interactive workshop series which provides information on living healthy and managing chronic conditions. It is for individuals who wish to improve the aging process and/or have an ongoing health condition including arthritis, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, respiratory problems, diabetes and orthopedic conditions.
